By now, almost every child we know is back to school…summer has come to a close and backpacks, homework and art class are in session! Which got us thinking…about some art-class inspired wallpaper crafts projects for kids that use scraps & samples.
This wallpapered dollhouse can be made simply with a cardboard box and exacto knife (adults please). And decorated with wallpaper scraps, tissue paper and more.
Create dollhouse shape out of the cardboard box by cutting off two of the flaps, taping them to the other two, then taping those into a roof. Then cut out a door and a couple of windows. Simple!
We also loved this ’round robin’ paper craft which is shown here with construction paper…but would be so much more colorful with wallpaper! The simple circle cuts and shapes make a great craft for preschool kids…or kids at heart!
