Wallpaper Books/Crafts

The Wallpaper Books/Crafts vintage wallpaper category includes products that are perfect for crafts, scrapbooking or small home projects such as bookcase backs, shelf liners, book covers, wrapping paper, custom cards, etc. The patterns range in design and include florals, stripes, checks, plaids, textures and more in traditional/classic and modern/contemporary styles. There are two types of products in this Wallpaper Books/Crafts vintage wallpaper category:

1. Crafts Paks

We believe in recycling, reusing, re-purposing and re-inventing. We thus came up with a way to save wallpaper books which contain discontinued patterns. Rather than just discard the books in a dumpster and add to a landfill we donate some of the books to local schools for art projects and take apart some books to collect the pages and then bundle these pages into Crafts Paks that contain a total of 17 sheets—large and small pages—of a design theme.

Based on the designs of the sheets in each Crafts Pak there are nine design categories: Floral, Textures, Stripes/Checks/Plaid, Male, Female, Novelty/Variety, Damask, Classical and Contemporary. We use our designer books to create these Craft Paks and include patterns from Ralph Lauren, Laura Ashley, Waverly. Antonina Vella, Candice Olson, Ronald Redding and many more.

The Craft Pak papers are rolled up and specially packaged. Each package contains different patterns. When you order a Craft Pak you will not receive the patterns that are pictured but rather a completely separate assortment but the patterns will all be of a similar design. Due to the random nature of these Paks it is not possible to provide samples.

2. Wallpaper Books

Our brick and mortar parent store, U.S. Wallcovering, has a large collection of ‘retired’ wallpaper sample books. These books consist of discontinued wallpaper patterns. The Wallpaper Books/Crafts vintage wallpaper category has a large number of these books for sale at very low prices.

We save these books and provide them to art teachers for use in the classroom. Now, we are making these books available to the general public. It is a win-win.

By purchasing a discontinued pattern book you save it from a landfill so it is a climate -friendly action. On a personal level, it can be a major cost savings measure as well as each book contains an average of 60 pages of exciting patterns in large format sizes. This is an economical way to collect pages for art projects, crafts projects. scrapbooking, coasters, note cards, art, art mats. There is no  limit to the number of ways these books can be used.
